CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The Trailblazers capped off a memorable week with a pair of regional wins over Appalachian Bible College and Johnson University over the weekend.

OCU came into the weekend fresh off of a 5 set win over NCCAA #2 ranked, Kentucky Christian University, on Tuesday night.  The Blazers, with a renewed confidence, enjoyed a perfect 3-0 record for the week.

Ohio Christian made quick work of Appalachian and Johnson, defeating both opponents in 3 set sweeps.  On Friday, OCU handled ABC with ease, winning 25-7, 25-5, and 25-12.  The Blazers then defeated a scrappy Johnson University squad on Saturday afternoon by scores of 25-11, 25-18, and 25-18. With the pair of wins, the Trailblazers now sit at 21-10 on the season and 7-1 in Mid-East Region play.

With only four matches before the Mid-East Region Tournament, the Trailblazers of Ohio Christian seem to be peaking at the right time.  The Trailblazers will look to ride their recent wave of momentum into Tuesday night when they host NCAA affiliate, Ohio Wesleyan University.  The match is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM.
