PIPPA PASSES, KY - The Lady Trailblazers were unable to sweep the season series with Alice Lloyd College on Saturday afternoon, falling to the Eagles 83-62.  The Blazers had won the first matchup of the two teams back on November 22nd by a score of 90-86.  That win was the first win for OCU against their NAIA rival from Kentucky.

OCU found themselves trailing by 11 points at halftime with the score at 46-35 in favor of ALC.  OCU placed three scorers in double figures but were unable to get within arms reach in the second half as Alice Lloyd came away with the 83-62 victory.

Asia Woodson scored a team-high 23 points on 9 of 20 shooting while also swiping 4 steals.  Sarah Bechtel knocked down 4 of 10 from downtown to finish with 12 points.  Shekinah Alexander tallied 10 points and 3 assists.  Olivia Davis grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds fo the Blazers.

OCU will take the court againt on Saturday as they host Cincinnati Christian University.  The game is set to tip at 5:00 PM.  CCU won the first meeting back on November 12th in Cincinnati by a score of 69-57.
