CIRCLEVILLE, OH - The #1 ranked OCU Trailblazers (15-9) won their 32nd straight game against an NCCAA Division II opponent as they knocked off Welch College by a score of 98-59 on Saturday afternoon.

Ohio Christian opened the game with a 19-2 run in the opening 3:45 of the first half and never looked back.  The Trailblazers worked their advantage to 34 points at the half with a 55-21 lead.

OCU went to their bench in the second half and pushed their lead to as many as 44 points.  Fourteen different OCU players would score in the contest as the Trailblazers claimed a 98-59 win.

The OCU defense forced 27 Welch College turnovers while swiping 23 steals.  OCU dished out 26 assists on the night compared to just 8 for the Flames.  The Blazers won the rebounding battle 42-28.

Kristofer Little led OCU with 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists.  Evan Mills added 11 points and Joe Collier added 10 points in the win.  Wesley Russell had 9 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists in limited minutes.  Kenny Cooper added 9 points and 3 steals for the Blazers.

Ohio Christian will travel to Grayson, Kentucky on Tuesday night where they will face regional rival Kentucky Christian University.  The game is set to tip at 8:00 PM.
