CIRCLEVILLE, OH - OCU baseball lost another close game on Thursday night, falling to the Harriers of Miami-Hamilton by a score of 2-1.  It is the fifth time this season that the Trailblazers have found themselves on the losing end of a one-run game.

David Wright (SO/Piqua, OH) connected on a base hit in the bottom of the first to score Tanner Holt (FR/Liberty Township, OH) for the first run of the game.  The Blazers had a 1-0 lead before the Harriers answered back with a run on their own in the top of the 2nd to tie the game at 1-1.

Hamilton then added a run in the top of the 5th inning to break the tie and take a 2-1 lead.  The Trailblazers were unable to make a rally down the stretch as Miami-Hamilton held on for the 2-1 win.

The Trailblazers took a loss in the finale by a score of 8-0.  OCU(2-23) is back in action on Friday as they travel to West Virginia Tech for a matchup beginning at 12:00 PM.
