CIRCLEVILLE, OH - OCU Softball played with a lot of heart on Saturday but could not quite get over the hump against visiting West Virginia Tech.  WV-Tech escaped with a pair of wins againt a very gritty OCU team that gave them all they could handle.

The Trailblazers came up just one run short in the opener on Saturday, falling by a score of 2-1.  The finale was very similar as OCU once again came up just short, falling 2-0 in another nailbiter.

The OCU defense and pitching was stellar, allowing only 4 runs in both games of the doubleheader.  The Blazers allowed a total of 26 runs in their first doubleheader with West Virginia Tech back on March 21st.

Ohio Christian(5-14) is back in action on Monday as they travel to Cincinnati, Ohio to take on the College of Mount St. Joseph in a doubleheader that will begin at 4:30 PM.
