CIRCLEVILLE, OH - Ohio Christian Univeristy has released the official schedule for the 2014 cross country season. Coach Jim Diltz, who started the program in 2011, will lead the Trailblazers into their 4th season of competition. Returning on the women's side is NCCAA All-American, Kaylee Stowers who enters her sophomore season. A cast of newcomers on both the men's and women's squads will look to make an impact as freshman. Local standout, Dylan Newton, will be a key newcomer who for the men's tream.
The Trailblazers will get started on September 6th as they compete in the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational in Delaware, Ohio. OCU will finish September with events at Otterbein University and the University of Rio Grande.
Ohio Christian will face the best competition in the state as they make another appearance at the 2014 All-Ohio Championships on November 3rd in Cedarville, Ohio. The Blazers will finish up October with events at Wilimington College and Midway College.
The season will wind down in November as the Trailblazers will once again compete in the NCCAA Nationals. The finale is set to take place at Houghton College in New York on November 15th.
