GEORGETOWN, KY - After winning their home tournament to begin the season last weekend, the OCU Men's Golf team hit the road the next day to travel to Kentucky. On Monday and Tuesday, the team participated in the Bluegrass Mid South Classic hosted at Cherry Blossom Golf Course in Georgetown. Despite a quick turnaround and little time to rest, the team performed decently well and left with a 5th place finish out of 7 total schools. As a team, the Trailblazers shot a 320 on Monday and a 303 on Tuesday for a total of 623. Individually, Davis Wolff led the team by shooting 76-73 to finish in a tie for 5th place. Georgetown College's Drake Stepter won the event by a score of 72-68. Below is an overview of the individual scores from the week. Next up for the team is a trip to the Alice Lloyd Invitational back in Kentucky next week.
