BLUFFTON, OH - The Trailblazer men hit the road Saturday afternoon for a matchup against the Bluffton Beavers. After a good week of practice, the boys came out strong, getting an early 1-0 lead thanks to an error by the Beavers. Unfortunately, Bluffton would fight back in the second half, getting two big goals by Grant Stutzman to win the game by the score of 2-1. The Trailblazers now sit at 2-6 as they prepare for a rematch with Shawnee State followed by their River States Conference opener against the University of Rio Grande.

"We out shot and out possessed Bluffton throughout the game, but we did not finish our chances at the goal. We let them back in and then found ourselves down late in the game. The boys are down but they keep getting back up. They keep fighting. I know that we will come through this, we just need to keep our focus where it needs to be to persevere," said Head Coach Josh Murton.
