GROVE CITY, OH - The OCU Men's Soccer squad faced a tough test on Thursday afternoon by taking on the #2 ranked team in the NAIA Coaches' Poll, the Red Storm from Rio Grande. Despite the talent and skill that Rio Grande brought to the table, the Trailblazers fought hard and put in their best effort. However, in the end the Red Storm proved too much to handle, as the they scored three goals in each half to make the final score 6-0. The loss drops OCU to an overall record of 2-8 with an 0-1 record in conference play.

The team will now look ahead to their second conference game of the season, as they will take on West Virginia Tech this Saturday night at 6:00 PM at Grove City Christian School. The Golden Bears currently stand at 10-1-1 and are 2-0 in RSC play.
