CIRCLEVILLE, OH - After taking a tough loss on the road last Thursday evening, the Trailblazers entered Saturday's matchup against Midway looking to get back to their winning ways. Entering Saturday, OCU had won seven of nine, but their two losses had been consecutive in the previous week. Despite being the favorite, the Trailblazers made sure there would be no doubt in their RSC battle with Midway, taking a quick 25 point lead into the halftime break. The second half would have the same storyline, as a high powered offensive attack paired with stifling defense led to a 90-50 victory. The win puts OCU at 13-12 overall, standing at 7-5 in conference play.

The Trailblazers would once again be led by Marquis Jackson who scored 24 points. Gary Hoover continued his recent streak, accomplishing yet another double double including 17 points and 15 boards. Next up on the schedule, the Trailblazers will travel to face Carlow and Point Park in a trip to Pittsburgh next weekend. OCU has already defeated both teams earlier in the season.
