CIRCLEVILLE, OH - After a rough home opener against Georgetown last week, the Trailblazer Soccer program rebounded with a quality win against Bluffton University on Wednesday evening. Powered by Freshman Kevin Juarez and Senior Colin Dorman, OCU would put together two first half goals, which would be good enough to secure the 2-0 victory.

After a quiet start to the first half, Juarez would score his first goal as a Trailblazer, finding the back of the net in the 36th minute. Juarez's goal would be followed up by yet another score by Colin Dorman in the 39th minute. Dorman's goal would be assisted by Freshman Jesse Current. As a team, OCU would finish the game with only two shots on goal, however both would be converted into goals. Bluffton would finish with four shots on goal, all of which would be saved by Senior Roberto Varela.

The win pushes the Trailblazers to a record of 1-1 with a key matchup against Grace College set for Saturday. The game will be played at Ohio Christian and will be streamed through Stretch Internet. Following Saturday, OCU will have one more warmup before entering into conference play on September 30th against IU East.
